Fix: Windows 10 Start Menu not opening

Every now and then I noticed that the Start Menu in Windows 10 stops working for no apparent reason. This mostly happens after a bigger Windows Update like the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (1709). This was driving me nuts and I spent hours trying to figure out whats causing this, until I stumbled acros an MSDN blog post where one user suggested the following solution:

Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Sign-in options and turn off Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart.

After turning this option off and rebooting the machine, the Start Menu started and kept working for me and others who asked me about this problem.
Because of this kinda hidden, ridiculously mislabeled and by default enabled option which clearly shouldn't have anything to do with the Start Menu (at least by its current label) it should be named "UNFUCK Windows 10 Start Menu" IMHO.
